Adds lots in the Florida community’s newest neighborhood.

Pulte Homes is expanding its footprint in the Babcock Ranch, Florida master plan with the purchase of additional home sites in the town’s newest neighborhood, Lake Babcock.

Pulte recently completed the purchase of new home sites within the new 323-home Lake Babcock neighborhood, which offers larger lots and scenic lake views, according to Richard McCormick, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division.

“The combination of Pulte’s quality construction paired with the Babcock Ranch lifestyle has resonated with our homebuyers,” said McCormick. “We’re responding to feedback and demand by offering an expanded selection of our Life Tested® home designs – including new designs with three-car garages for additional storage – in the Lake Babcock neighborhood.”

Lake Babcock home buyers can choose from eight of Pulte’s one- and two-story single-family home designs, plus three all-new plans, the Palm, Dockside and Mariner, offering two to six bedrooms and two to six baths. With 1,671 to over 4,000 square feet, the homes will feature flexible floor plans, versatile living spaces, customized kitchens and smart home technology.

Five Pulte floor plans in Lake Babcock feature optional three-car garages, including the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Citrus Grove with a first-floor owner’s suite and den, connected café area, kitchen and gathering space, and a spacious upstairs game room in 2,885 square feet of living space. Other models with three-car garage availability include the Oasis, Canopy, Martin Ray and Summerwood.

Starting from the low $200,000s, Pulte’s Lake Babcock homes will be centrally located and within easy walking distance to the newest clubhouse in Babcock Ranch, which will break ground in 2019.
