Babcock Ranch launches Curry Commerce Center

Babcock Ranch officials hosted a kickoff celebration to preview the community’s new 255,000-square-foot Curry Commerce Center, a commercial flex and light industrial complex designed to support a mix of businesses, including office, showroom, warehouse, service, distribution, trade and light manufacturing uses. 

Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Chase McLaughlin joined Babcock Ranch founder Syd Kitson for the May 28 celebration, where nearly 400 prospective businesses, entrepreneurs, residents and community members gathered for a first look at the eight-building complex.

The football-themed event featured a meet-and-greet with McLaughlin and Kitson, tours of showroom and tenant spaces, and a surprise performance by the Island Coast High School Marching Band. Guests also enjoyed tailgate-inspired food, games, giveaways and interactive activities.
