Gulfshore Homes’ President Steven Watt announced they have selected and are working with Naples-based Garden Bleu to design the outdoor features and home landscaping plan for the Cielo model in the Seneca neighborhood of Talis Park in Naples.

Garden Bleu President Edward Westwood and team designer Lin Lin, designed the outdoor space with the pool as the anchor. At 500 square feet, the swimming pool and sun shelf are the main center of this outdoor space with finishes such as silver Pearl in the pool and Island Stone Bali on the sun shelf. Enhanced with a raised pool beam that will include Kolorines tile on all sides and on the interior of the spa, this area is inviting for relaxing, playing and entertaining.

Westwood and Lin describe the pool as “a transition of spaces” with the many faceted design features of the pool and infinity edge spa. The terrace leads out into the water and culminates into a built in sofa around the copper fire bowl that projects out into the shallow water of the sun shelf. The seating will be finished with chiseled travertine with a precast cap and custom designed cushions.

Adjacent to the outdoor cushioned sofa and fire bowl is a panel of water fountains arching outward from the fountains into the pool.

The outdoor deck with a chiseled edge travertine will be in an Ashlar running bond pattern, installed at a 45-degree angle with a 4-inch precast banding. The outdoor living and rear yard will include a low hedge and palms, completing the tropical setting of this outdoor space.

The Cielo model is under construction and anticipated for an early summer completion. The single-story residence model has 4,087 square feet of air-conditioned space with a master suite, two guest bedrooms, three full bath, a powder bath and a cabana bath.

The home will also include a wine cellar, bar, library with built-ins and French doors, a great room with sliders that open to the outdoor living area, a dining room, and kitchen with two center islands, including a breakfast bar.

The Seneca neighborhood at Talis Park will have only 43 single-family residences when complete offering both golf course and lake views.

Located at 16990 Livingston Road in Naples, Talis Park is a 461-acre luxury golf course community of single-family homes and condominiums in five neighborhoods, and a Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf course. Vyne House consists of lifestyle spaces for dining at Fiona’s Café, yoga, Pilates, a fitness center and the Esprit Spa. Indoor and outdoor dining, and a bar pavilion can be found at the Casa Cortese that overlooks the driving range.
