10 Resident Ready homes available in Talis Park

Ten furnished and unfurnished Resident Ready homes are available in Talis Park’s Brightling, Il Corso, Seneca and Prato neighborhoods. Talis Park’s Resident Ready Program is designed to meet homebuyer demand for completed or nearly completed residences. Homes at every stage of the construction continuum are available, including completed furnished and unfurnished residences and homes at varying stages of construction.
Fox Custom Builders’ furnished Nadia and unfurnished Camilla residences are completed and available for purchase in Talis Park’s Brightling neighborhood. Brightling’s 2,800- to 3,800-square-foot south-facing homes offer long-range golf course, water and nature preserve views.
Fox’s two-story, Nadia residence offers 3,648 total square feet. A portico entry opens to a two-story foyer and hallway that leads to a sprawling great room, kitchen and dining area that opens to the outside. The study opens to a garden while the downstairs guest suite features a private outdoor courtyard. Upstairs, a loft and a guest suite open to a covered balcony overlooking the home’s spectacular views. The furnished Nadia is priced at $1.825 million.
The completed 3,083-square-foot Camilla residence by Fox includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a great room and island kitchen that open to a large covered lanai with an optional outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a formal dining room, a study, and a three-car garage. The unfurnished Camilla is priced at $1.475 million.
Distinctive Communities’ Catania II and Berolina II furnished models are available for purchase in Il Corso, the Watercourse at Talis Park, an enclave of 30 detached luxury villas ranging from 2,530 to 3,638 square feet. Situated within a short walk or bike ride of Talis Park’s Great Lawn and Vyne House Clubhouse, Il Corso features seven, one- and two-story single-family floor plans priced starting at $1.1 million. The Spanish Eclectic great room villas open to private indoor/outdoor spaces with water views. Three- and four-bedroom plans include a study, island kitchens, outdoor living areas with heated swimming pools, and multiple storage areas.
The two-story, 3,198-square-foot Catania II model includes three bedrooms, a study or fourth bedroom, four full-baths, a great room, dining room and island kitchen, and a garage with golf cart storage. The outdoor living area features a covered lanai, an optional outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and refrigerator, a pool and spa, and a sitting area, all of which overlook Il Corso’s water views. The master suite includes two walk-in closets. Two full guest suites with private baths and walk-in closets are upstairs along with a loft. The Catania II is priced at $1.54 million, fully-furnished.
Il Corso’s two-story Berolina II model offers 3,315 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, an island kitchen, and a great room and dining area. The great room and first-floor master suite open to an outdoor living area that includes an optional summer kitchen with a gas grill and refrigerator, a pool and spa, and a water view. The upstairs presents a guest retreat that includes a large bedroom with a private bath and an optional lounge. The model is priced at $1.54 million, fully-furnished.
An unfurnished Azurea residence in Il Corso will be completed in July. Priced at $1.13 million, the single-story 2,530-square-foot residence includes three bedrooms or two bedrooms plus a study, three baths, an island kitchen and dining area, and an outdoor living area with an enlarged pool, an elevated spa, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, refrigerator, Naturekast cabinetry and a granite countertop. Other upgrades include French oak wood flooring in the great room, kitchen, study, powder room and utility room, quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths, and a freestanding tub in the master bath.
Gulfshore Homes is nearing completion of its furnished Cielo model in Seneca. Seneca’s north and south facing lakefront homesites feature water and double or triple fairway views.
The 3,997-square-foot Cielo floor plan presents a sprawling great room that opens to an outdoor living space with a fireplace, conversation area, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a custom pool and spa. The plan includes a double-island gourmet kitchen, a dining room that opens to the outdoors, a wine cellar, a library/study, three bedrooms, three full baths, two half-baths, and a three-car garage. The furnished Cielo model is priced at $2.495 million.
McGarvey Custom Homes, Gulfshore Homes, Stellar Living Homes and Sunwest Homes are introducing a collection of new estate Showcase model homes in Talis Park’s Prato neighborhood.
McGarvey’s two-story Astaire furnished estate model will encompass 11,110 square feet with 6,820 square feet under air. The plan features an elegant foyer and living room, a formal dining room, a grand room that includes a wet bar and flows into an island kitchen and breakfast area, a study, a first-floor master suite with a bath, private garden and outdoor shower, a second-floor VIP suite, flex room, wet bar and covered terrace, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, island bar, fireplace, pool and spa, and a pair of two-car garages. Priced at $4,695,900, the Astaire will be completed in December.
Gulfshore’s furnished Dorado model is under construction and offers a total of 8,862 square feet with 6,336 square feet under air. The floor plan includes an expansive entry foyer and parlour, and a great room that opens to a covered terrace and an outdoor living area that will include a large conversation and dining area, a summer kitchen with an island bar, and a custom designed pool and spa. The great room flows into a large dining area and a double-island gourmet kitchen. The open concept floor plan also includes a study, four bedrooms and a four-car garage. The Dorado is offered at $4.3 million.
Stellar Living Homes’ two-story, 6,272-square-foot Cipriani model includes a grand foyer, formal living and dining rooms, a study, butler’s pantry, island kitchen and family room opening to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, conversation areas, and a custom pool with a sun shelf. An owner’s suite is on the first-floor and includes an octagonal bath and walk-in closets. A guest suite is also on the first floor. A second guest suite, a junior master suite, a loft, gaming area and covered terrace are on the second floor. The Cipriani is set to begin construction, priced at $4.495 million, fully-furnished.
Sunwest’s two-story Santa Barbara estate home includes 9,200 total square feet with 5,900 square feet under air. The flowing floor plan includes a great room, wet bar, island kitchen and dining area that open to an outdoor living area with a large siting area, summer kitchen and dining space, a pool bath, and a custom pool and spa. The master suite and two guest suites are on the first floor. The entire second floor is devoted to a second master suite, a covered terrace, and a sun deck. The Santa Barbara is in permitting. Pricing will be determined before construction.
