Stock’s November Tour of Homes this weekend across Southwest Florida

Stock Signature Homes is expanding its offerings at The Isles of Collier Preserve with new models, new inventory homes and the release of The Cottonwood Collection of homes, priced starting in the $700s.

This new series features eight luxury home plans, ranging from 2,500 to over 3,400 square feet under air and over 5,000 in total living area. These three- and four-bedroom designs include spacious interiors and outdoor living options.

At Naples Reserve, Stock has also released for sale the Canoe Landing neighborhood, which consists of 64 home sites, nearly all of which offer waterfront views. Half of the home sites have been released in the first phase with home and home site packages beginning in the $480s. Stocks homes are from their Classic Series and include the Plantation III, Marathon III, Siesta III and Wisteria. Floor plans range from 2,445 to 3,097 square feet under air.

Hidden Harbor is nearing sell out. It offers floor plans in the community’s signature Contemporary Coastal design, priced starting in the mid-$400s. All of these homes are set in a waterfront community with exceptional amenities.

The Ruffino II is a single-story, great room style home with 2,585 square feet under air and a total of 3,781 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, side-loaded three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large pool deck and spa and an outdoor kitchen option. This three-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath home offers a great room design with a formal dining room and a study that is convertible to a fourth bedroom. It is priced at $614,475.

Stock is building in Babcock Ranch where it has five furnished models from its Classic Home series on display. The 18,000-acre eco-centric, solar powered town is being developed by Kitson, east of Fort Myers off State Road 31 in Charlotte County.

Located in Lake Timber, Stock’s residences at Babcock Ranch are being built to Florida are Green Building Coalition Certification standards.
