After completing a record-setting 1.4-acre estate homesite sale for $2.15 million in its Firenze grand estate home neighborhood, and finalizing the sale of the 2015 Golf Dream House in its Prato estate neighborhood, Talis Park announced that four furnished estate Showcase model residences have been started or set to begin construction in the North Naples community being developed by Kitson & Partners.

The record-setting estate lot sale for $2.15 million in Firenze easily surpassed the neighborhood’s previous lot sale record of $1.65 million.

Firenze is an exclusive, gated neighborhood that includes just 13 grand estate home sites measuring more than one acre that offer long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s golf course. Homesites are priced starting at $1.65 million and are situated within a short walk of the community’s Great Lawn and the dining, fitness center, and spa venues at the community’s Vyne House clubhouse. With its views and proximity to Talis Park’s amenity core, Firenze is the only neighborhood that offers both a parklike setting and immediate access to Vyne House. A custom end-user grand estate residence is under construction in Firenze. Just 10 homesites remain available.

While no developer owned homesites remain available in the Prato estate home neighborhood, McGarvey Custom Homes, Gulfshore Homes, Stellar Living Homes and Sunwest Homes are introducing a collection of new estate Showcase model homes. With estate homesites overlooking the fairways of Talis Park Golf Club’s 14th and 15th holes, lakes, preserves and citrus orchards, Prato offers the consummate In the Park lifestyle. The view corridor of every Prato homesite is uninterrupted by another residence. Unfettered long range views of Talis Park’s tableau contribute to a captivating ambiance that is reserved for a select group of 24 estate homeowners. Prato’s residences range from 4,500 to more than 8,000 square feet on 125-by-175-foot sites priced starting at $2.75 million.

The new collection of Showcase estate residences in Prato is designed to take full advantage of the neighborhood’s parklike setting.
