April 07,2017 - Strength & Conditioning at the Ranch

Strength & Conditioning Starts May 30, 2017

  10:30 am – 11:30 pm

Strength and Conditioning class that incorporates muscular strength and endurance, that includes upper body, lower body exercises as well as core.  Utilizing Exercise bands, and floor mats. Please bring your own mat and/or hand weights if you have them. A great Total Body Workout, suitable for all ability levels.  Modifications will be offered.

Classes are from 10:30 – 11:30 AM every Tuesday morning of the week.

Location – Band Shell, Founders Square
