Stock Signature Homes is showing off its best this summer with the completion of new inventory homes throughout Southwest Florida.

“With 30 models in 11 different communities, we have one of the largest selections of homes available in the area,” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, vice president of sales and marketing for Stock Development. “They are found in three tiers of excellence: Stock Classic Homes, Stock Signature Homes and Stock Custom Homes.”

Stock Development is building at Babcock Ranch, where it has five furnished models from its Classic Home series on display. The 18,000-acre eco-centric, solar powered town is being developed by Kitson & Partners, off State Road 31 in Charlotte County, north of the Lee Civic Center.

Located in Lake Timber, the town’s first neighborhood, Stock’s residences at Babcock Ranch are being built to Florida Green Building Coalition certification standards.

Home prices start in the low $400s and and several inventory homes are currently under construction.

Situated on 70- and 80-foot lakefront home sites, each plan includes a covered front porch that allows the home to live from front to back while encouraging interaction with neighbors.

The Siesta is a three-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,630 square feet under air and a total of 3,867 square feet. The great room floor plan includes a large island-style kitchen that is open to the dining area that overlooks the lanai. The home also includes a formal study and a side-loaded two-car garage. It is priced at $555,615.

Lake Timber is a short walk or bike ride from Babcock’s Downtown District. Founder’s Square, a 13-acre lakefront green, includes a waterfront boardwalk promenade, a band shell, bike, kayak, paddleboard and row boat rentals, and a splash pad, while serving as a gathering place and the focal point for town events and celebrations.

These new homes are just the beginning of what Stock has to offer in Southwest Florida.
