Stock Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Naples-based Stock Development, announced it will begin construction of the first of two furnished model estate residences to be built in the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club in September. The entry into the Palm Beach market continues the expansion of the award-winning homebuilder’s reach. In addition to building in Palm Beach, Stock Signature Homes now has furnished models that are completed, under construction, or poised to begin construction in communities and neighborhoods from Marco Island north to Bradenton, including homes in The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, three Villages within Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Bay Woods at Bonita Bay, gated golf course and waterfront communities in Collier and Lee counties by Stock Development, Estuary at Grey Oaks, TwinEagles, Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, The Isles of Collier Preserve, Babcock Ranch, downtown Naples, the Park Shore and Pine Ridge neighborhoods in Naples, and on Marco Island.

A South Florida fixture for more than three decades, the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club is a landmark of luxury living and world-class sporting events in the heart of Wellington, the equestrian capital of the United States. Two 18-hole championship golf courses meander in between residential neighborhoods, two clubhouses, eight polo fields and two croquet lawns. The two clubhouses offer a roster of social events, from wine dinners and holiday buffets, to fashion shows and polo events. The Golf House also offers a complete fitness facility with massage therapy and an outdoor swimming pool.

Stock will begin construction of its furnished Grand Cypress estate residence at 2503 Cypress Island Way within the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club next month. The 6,428-square-foot under air residence will present a luxurious setting with a grand foyer and reception room offering views of the outdoor living area’s multi-level coral stone deck that will include water features, a massive pool, a spa, a bevy of planters, and a two-sided fireplace and a covered lanai with a detailed outdoor kitchen and conversation and dining areas. Tall ceilings throughout the interior will create a sense of volume. The floor plan includes a formal dining room, a gourmet island kitchen and leisure room, a bar, a glass-encased walk-in wine room, a club room/study, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and two, two-car garages.

The Grand Cypress model will showcase an interior by Jessica Lee, Senior Designer and Project Manager at Marc-Michaels Interior Design. Lee’s classic contemporary design style will present rustic moments throughout the home. The background tones will vary from room to room to complement furnishings that will convey an island feeling. A mix of metal finishes, polished nickel, and bronze will combine with a palette of gray/blues, whites, amber, caramel, and coppery tones. Flooring throughout the living areas will be caramel-toned wide planked white oak hardwood.

Soco Interiors’ Daniel Kilgore, ASID, is creating the interior for Stock Signature Homes’ Aqualane furnished model at 12479 Cypress Island Way that is expected to begin construction this fall. The 7,019-square-foot under air two-story home features an architectural design by Rich Guzman of RG Designs. The floor plan includes a grand foyer encased in glass walls that offer views of exterior water features that flank the home’s entry sequence. The foyer leads to a grand parlor with a fireplace and a view of the outdoor living area’s pool and water features. The plan also features a formal dining room, a walk-in wine room, a club room, a study, a grand leisure room that flows into a gourmet island kitchen and opens to the outdoor living area, five bedrooms, two of which are designated as VIP suites, five full baths, two half-baths, a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen, island bar, and a fireplace, an owner’s garage, and a three-car garage.

Kilgore’s refined rustic design style will convey the look of a modernized ranch estate. An earthy neutral color palette with subtle pops of blue/gray and pear tones will play against Kilgore’s liberal use of natural stone and wood materials, including wood beams and tongue-in-groove ceiling details. The flooring in the foyer and grand parlor will be two-toned limestone while the living areas and hallways will be finished with medium-toned oak flooring.

Pricing for the furnished estate model residences being built by Stock Signature Homes at the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club in Wellington will be determined as construction progresses.

Stock Signature Homes’ commitment to quality has been repeatedly acknowledged. Residences in four communities included in the 2016 CBIA and LBIA Parades of Homes received awards, including a Superior Home Award and Merit Awards for architectural design, interior design, pool design, and landscape design. In 2015, Stock Development and Stock Signature Homes were named recipients of 14 CBIA Sand Dollar Awards and 13 LBIA Pinnacle Awards. They also received four 2015 Aurora Awards, including the Grand Aurora Award in the Recreational Facility/Special Amenity Facility category.
