​Babcock Ranch, Florida just added Lennar homes to the other 5 big name builders.  Lennar Homes is a Miami-based builder that will take part in 180 homes in the Babcock Ranch, FL community.

Lennar plans to build twin-villa homes and single family homes.  The villas will start at $180,000 and range in size from 1,400 sqft to just over 1,550 sqft.  Lennar will also be offering single family homes with granite countertops, wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances for a beginning price of $220,000.

Fox Premier Builders, Homes by Towne, Stock Development, Florida Lifestyle Homes, and Castle Harbour Homes are the others that will be contributing to starting this one of a kind neighborhood.   Over 80% of Babcock Ranch will remain untouched and be preserved.  This neighborhood has one goal in mind and that is “being green.”
