Babcock Ranch will mark another milestone on Tuesday, June 28, as construction of the first downtown district buildings gets underway. Kitson & Partners chairman and CEO Syd Kitson will provide progress updates and share new details during a media availability at the construction site. Designed to accommodate 19,500 residences, a downtown and numerous green spaces, lakes and nature trails, Babcock Ranch could ultimately be home to 50,000 residents. Kitson & Partners broke ground on the project last November.
