Tyler Kitson is Senior Vice President of Communities at Kitson & Partners, where he oversees operations across the firm’s portfolio, including Babcock Ranch and Talis Park. At Babcock Ranch—America’s first solar-powered town—he leads the performance and long-term development of essential services, infrastructure, and partnerships that support one of the nation’s most recognized master-planned communities.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate development, Tyler focuses on aligning day-to-day operations with long-range strategy, working closely with builders, utility providers, and regional partners. He is actively involved in Southwest Florida through numerous civic and nonprofit organizations and is a graduate of Leadership Florida.
