In her dual roles as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management, Pat provides leadership in developing and executing human resources programs to support the overall business plan and strategic direction of K&P, while also providing comprehensive insurance and risk management strategy and services to all areas of the company.

Prior to joining K&P in 2007, Pat held key senior executive positions with the Ecclestone Organization, a residential and commercial developer, as well as OHL Logistics, where she established the human resources departments for both organizations.

Pat earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. She is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management, HR Palm Beach County, Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, serves as a director for the Raffles Insurance Captive and is a former board member of the Resort Hotel Association.
