Chief Marketing Officer

Nick Parks brings more than 25 years of senior marketing leadership experience to Kitson & Partners, with a proven track record of building powerful consumer brands. In his role as the Chief Marketing Officer, Nick oversees all marketing and sales activities at Babcock Ranch, including an internal marketing team and several external agency partners.

Prior to joining Kitson & Partners, Nick served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Discover The Palm Beaches, where he directed the destination’s brand strategy and led the organization to new records in tourism visitation. Prior to moving to Florida, Nick spent a decade in senior marketing leadership roles in Las Vegas, most recently as the VP of Brand Strategy for MGM Resorts International. He started his marketing career at Ford Motor company in Michigan, gaining extensive experience in brand development, digital innovation, customer engagement, and large-scale campaign execution across highly competitive markets.

At Kitson & Partners, Nick leverages his extensive expertise in strategic marketing, consumer insights, and brand storytelling to support the company’s vision of creating exceptional lifestyle communities and destinations.

Nick earned an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
