Chris Vallace is Managing Partner of M3 Investment Group LP (“M3IG”), a Chicago-based investment firm focused on U.S. real estate companies and assets. Chris is responsible for the firm’s overall vision, business strategy, and key relationships. M3IG was formed by its partners in 2026 to build upon the successful 25-year track record of its predecessor firm (M3 Investment Group LLC, “M3”).

Previously, Chris was a Founding Partner of M3 and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Global Investment Committee, and Compensation Committee through M3’s strategic monetization in 2025. While at M3, Chris served on the boards of several real estate operating companies funded through the firm’s registered investment advisor, Evergreen Investment Advisors (“EIA”).

M3 was a leading global real estate investment and advisory firm which managed over $16 billion of real estate assets and operating companies through EIA, and advised on over $150 billion of real estate transactions through its strategic capital advisory business, M3 Capital Partners (“M3CP”). M3 successfully sold M3CP in 2023 to a leading global alternative asset manager, and EIA in 2025 to its successor management team.

Chris serves on the Independent Advisory Committee for BLG Capital Advisors, a family office private markets investment firm, and the Advisory Board of Kitson & Partners, a FL-based real estate company.

At the University of Notre Dame, Chris serves on the Graduate Studies & Research Advisory Council, and the Advisory Boards of the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate and Alliance for Catholic Education. Chris is a board member of Loyola Academy, Empower Illinois, and serves on the Real Assets Committee for the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Chris holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Chris and his wife Tasha are parents of six children and reside in Wilmette, IL.
