Kitson & Partners has named real estate industry professional Tyler Kitson as president of Talis Park, the luxury master-planned community in Naples offering championship golf, a unique club experience, and new estate, waterfront and condominium homes.

Mr. Kitson oversees all aspects of management and operations at Talis Park, leading a team that manages every aspect of land development, homebuilding, amenities and service delivery for the community.

Mr. Kitson previously managed vertical construction for Kitson & Partners, spearheading construction of the Vyne House, the meticulously designed clubhouse at Talis Park, as well as the new Babcock Neighborhood School and Healthy Life Center at Babcock Ranch. Mr. Kitson, who became a licensed real estate professional in 2011, also brings experience in economic development and all aspects of golf management to his new position.

A member of the International Economic Development Council, Mr. Kitson also has been a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves as treasurer of the Babcock Ranch Foundation and as a member of the Babcock Neighborhood School Nominating Committee.

A Naples resident since 2014, Mr. Kitson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rollins College and earned a master’s degree in real estate development from NOVA Southeastern University.
