July 21,2015 - The Coach Homes at Corsica unveiled at Talis Park
Naples Daily News
An enclave of 64 residences, The Coach Homes at Corsica neighborhood will include 16 two-story buildings with four residences per building. The buildings will feature a Santa Barbara architectural style and will present three front elevations set on Corsica’s gently curving streetscape that will showcase the landscaping that is Talis Park’s signature. Residences in the first two buildings have been released for sale. Purchase agreements are now being accepted. Construction of the two buildings is expected to begin in August with completion anticipated in April 2016.
The Coach Homes at Corsica offer an opportunity to enjoy the combination of thoughtfully designed floor plans, south-facing parklike views, and proximity to every amenity within Talis Park. Each south-facing coach home overlooks Talis Park’s park and water views.
The coach home buildings will be situated adjacent to the Talis Park Sports Complex that will be completed in October. Six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with directionally focused lighting and pavilions for resting between matches, a tennis pro shop and clubhouse with restrooms and a beverage center, four bocce ball courts, a 50-foot two-lane lap pool, and a green space are close by. As an added convenience, Corsica is inside Talis Park’s new South Entry Gate that is also slated for completion in October.
Vyne House, the clubhouse at the heart of Talis Park, is within a four-minute golf cart ride or 10-minute walk of The Coach Homes at Corsica. Located adjacent to the Great Lawn at the community’s Grand Piazza, Vyne House epitomizes the New Fashioned aesthetic Kitson has introduced at Talis Park. Residents are already enjoying Fiona’s Market Café, the Core Fitness Center, and the Esprit Spa at Vyne House.
The multilevel Vyne House Phase II is on schedule to be completed and ready for operational use by the end of October and will include 32,052 total square feet under air and 25,065 square feet of outdoor space. Phase II will introduce Vyne Court, an open-air courtyard that is the centerpiece of Vyne House. The upper level will also include formal indoor dining, casual indoor and outdoor dining, a multipurpose room adjacent to Vyne Court, aerobics and cardio workout rooms, and a wine room/board room. The lower level will host the golf pro shop and men’s and ladies’ locker rooms. Phase II will also include completion of a resort-style pool with a large pool deck and rotunda that will feature an oversized, two-sided fireplace and overlook the 18th green.
Two light-filled floor plans offer the open concept living areas today’s homebuyers prefer. Each residence includes a private arrival courtyard that offers the possibility of an entry sequence showcasing oasis-like landscaping and water features. A private garage, accessible directly from the residence, a private covered terrace off the owner’s bedroom, dual walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, a covered outdoor living area extending across the rear elevation, and pavered motor courts and walkways, are also included.
To provide residents with a level of flexibility, FrontDoor Communities has specified an array of standard finishes and will customize to suit each homeowner’s specific tastes.
The 2,600-square-foot first-floor coach home residences include a large great room and dining area, a gourmet island kitchen, three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half baths. The great room opens to the home’s south-facing covered lanai and Talis Park’s setting. The easy flow of the open floor plan contributes to the livability and comfortable ambiance presented by the first-floor residences. The first-floor coach home residences are priced starting at $725,000.
Upon entry to the 3,400-square-foot second-floor residences, visitors will be greeted in a ground-level foyer with a 20-foot clear-story ceiling, an elegant staircase and a private elevator. The second-floor plan includes a study or loft space, a great room, dining area and wet bar, a gourmet island kitchen and pantry, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Both the great room and dining area open to the covered lanai and the Corsica neighborhood’s captivating views. The second-floor coach homes are priced starting at $795,000.
The Coach Homes at Corsica will combine with 24 north-facing single-family home sites introduced by Kitson & Partners in Corsica last March to create one of Talis Park’s most compelling In the Park neighborhoods. The north-facing sites offer water and multiple fairway views. Twenty-three of the Corsica single-family home sites measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also available. Five of the 12 Corsica single-family homesites that have been released for purchase remain available.
The Coach Homes at Corsica add yet another level of diversity to Talis Park’s residential product offering that includes on the view grand estate, estate and single-family residences, single-family In the Village residences adjacent to Vyne House and the community’s Great Lawn, and In the Village penthouse-style condominiums. Residences at Talis Park are priced ranging from the $700s to the millions.
In addition to Vyne House and the Sports Complex, Talis Park’s amenities also include its golf course that is one of just two Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf courses in the world. The course is consistently ranked among the top 20 golf courses in Florida and was ranked No. 91 in Golfweek’s 2014 Best Residential Courses.
Recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2014 Sand Dollar Award for Community of the Year, Talis Park is on Livingston Road, north of Immokalee Road.
