Talis Park announced that Stellar Living Homes has started construction of furnished model residences in the North Naples community’s Prato and Brightling neighborhoods. Each residence will showcase interiors designed and executed by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Jean Losier.

Stellar Living’s Cipriani model is one of four Showcase Grand Estate residences priced at more than $4 million currently under construction in Prato, an enclave of 24 estate residences ranging from 4,500 to 8,000 square feet under air. The Prato neighborhood epitomizes Talis Park’s “In the Park” lifestyle. Each residence in Prato offers long range views of the lakes and the fairways and greens of the Talis Park’s golf course. All of the developer-owned homesites in Prato have been sold.

Stellar Living Homes’ two-story, 6,272-square-foot Cipriani model conveys the grandeur associated with the Prato neighborhood while offering a living environment that is ideally suited to Prato’s parklike ambiance. A circular approach and motor court includes a four-car garage and leads to an elegant entry sequence. Once inside, the grand foyer and formal living room offer a see-through view of a pavered deck that includes a custom pool and spa overlooking golf course views.

A formal dining room is served by a butler’s pantry with a sit-down bar. The open living room and dining room flows into a gourmet island kitchen, dinette, and a family room that fully opens to the covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace.

A study, adjacent to the first-floor owner’s suite, overlooks a landscaped area at the front of the residence. The owner’s suite has a sitting area overlooking the pool and spa as well as a large master bath with a large walk-in shower. A guest suite is also on the first floor.

Stellar Living also has started construction of two single-family models in Talis Park’s Brightling neighborhood. Brightling is a “single-loaded” neighborhood with homes on just one side of the street. The front of each Brightling residence faces a preserve area and a golf course in an adjacent neighborhood. The south facing views at the rear overlook golf course, water, and preserve views.

Stellar Living’s furnished Murano and Danielli models, currently under construction, are designed to take full advantage of Brightling’s In the Park setting. Each four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath great room floor plan measures 3,042 square feet under air. The great room, dining area and gourmet island kitchen provide a large living area that fully opens to a covered patio and Solana overlooking the 11th hole of the Talis Park golf course. The Solana section of the outdoor living are includes an outdoor kitchen.

The owner’s suite features his-and-her walk-in closets, a bedroom with a sitting area and double doors opening to the covered patio, and a bath with separate his-and-her vanities, a stand-alone tub, and a large glass-enclosed shower. The plans also include a portico entry and a three-car garage. The Murano and Danielli furnished models by Stellar Living Homes are now under construction in Brightling at Talis Park. The Murano is priced at $1.65 million, fully furnished. The Danielli is offered at $1.695 million with furnishings.

Future residents of the Prato and Brightling residences by Stellar Living Homes will not only enjoy the benefits of their neighborhood’s parklike setting, but also Talis Park’s array of amenities. Talis Park developer Kitson & Partners recently announced Phase II of the Vyne House Clubhouse, a new Sports Complex, and a south entry gate at Talis Park are all on schedule for completion this fall.

The 26,470-square-foot under air, multilevel Vyne House Phase II project is being built by DeAngelis Diamond Construction Inc. Talis Park’s residents continue to enjoy dining at Fiona’s Market Café, working out at the Core Fitness Center, and relaxing at the Esprit Spa that opened at Vyne House over a year-and-a-half ago. When Phase II is completed, Vyne House will include 32,052 total square feet under air and 25,065 square feet of outdoor space. Vyne House Phase II is on schedule to be completed and ready for use by the end of October.

The Sports Complex will complete the amenities Kitson has designed and constructed to enhance Talis Park’s New Fashioned, health-oriented lifestyle. The complex will feature six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with directionally focused lighting and pavilions for resting between matches, a tennis pro shop and clubhouse with restrooms and a beverage center, four bocce ball courts, a 50-foot two-lane lap pool and landscaped areas. Green space will provide a social gathering place reminiscent of the community’s Great Lawn at Talis Park’s Grand Piazza. The Sports Complex is slated for a mid-October opening.

The new entry gate at the south end of Talis Park Drive will include a guard house and a private entry lane for residents. As part of the project, Kitson will create a memorable approach to the community’s south entrance with significant landscaping enhancements along approximately 1,000 feet of Veteran’s Memorial Parkway between the south entry gate and Livingston Road. Construction of the new entry is underway. The guardhouse, entry walls and landscaping, as well as the landscaping enhancements on Veteran’s Memorial Parkway, are on schedule for completion in October.
