What it’s like to live at Babcock Ranch is no longer a guessing game. Now offering 12 single family model homes in the Lake Timber neighborhood – some with sweeping lake vistas – the vision of America’s first new solar-powered town is clearly in focus. Visitors are bound to find the perfect home, or two or 12. Created by Southwest Florida’s top builders, each model capturing a mood, a moment and the imagination – from one- and two-story floor plans, two to four bedrooms and life’s little extras like bonus rooms, lofts, studies and dens.

While each model has its own personality and architecture characteristic of Southwest Florida’s pre-World War II neighborhoods, they all share a common thread – environmentally friendly design that conserves water and energy and emphasizes front-porch living. Square footages range from 1,025 to over 4,000 and prices start in the $200,000s to over $900,000.Visitors can make the most out of touring each model by bringing a bike or renting one from Curry Creek Outfitters in Founder’s Square. They’ll also discover more models are under construction, including inventory homes by Pulte offering occupancy as early as March 2018.
