Gulfshore Homes’ president, Steven Watt announced that plans are finalized for a new luxury custom model, the Dorado in the Prato neighborhood of Talis Park in Naples. Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, it is spacious at 6,336 square feet of air-conditioned living. The Dorado model includes four bedrooms, one of which is a VIP suite, four full bathrooms, a powder bath and cabana bath off the outdoor living area. The residence that faces south on home site #9 in Prato will overlook the lake and golf course designed by Greg Norman and Pete Dye.

The Dorado model estate home will also include a parlor with fireplace and wet bar, a library, red and white wine cellars, a chef’s kitchen with two islands, one with seating for six, complete Wolf and Sub-Zero appliance package and a morning room with a built-in coffee bar. Entertaining is easy with dining space for ten in the open and spacious great room with French doors that lead to the covered terrace. The residence will also include a four-car split garage.

The outdoor living space will include a swimming pool, spa, firepit and breakfast bar that opens off the morning nook. Casual seating will include a group area poolside and dining table with seating for ten. The outdoor kitchen and bar includes a Wolf grill, sub-zero under counter refrigerator, sink and icemaker.

When complete, the Prato neighborhood at Talis Park will have only 24 single-family estate residences offering golf course and lake views.
