Luxury home builder Florida Lifestyle Homes has introduced a new design, the Lily Rose, at Babcock Ranch, a new eco-centric town being built in Charlotte County east of Fort Myers off State Road 31.

The Lily Rose features an exterior reminiscent of Southwest Florida architecture in the early 20th century and includes three bedroom and two and one-half baths. The home encompasses 2,488 square feet of air-conditioned living area. With expansive covered lanai, three-car garage and front porch, the Lily Rose has 3,855 square feet under roof.

“While the Lily Rose honors the traditions of the past in its exterior elevation and architectural details, it is an open great room plan that incorporates all of the conveniences of contemporary living,” said Bill Ennen, president of Florida Lifestyle Homes. “It reflects the natural theme of Babcock Ranch and is to be built to Florida’s Green Building Coalition standards.”

A wide front porch welcomes visitors to the home and provides a relaxing area that invites residents to sit and visit with neighbors. The foyer opens into the great room and offers views through triple sliding glass doors to the lanai and nature beyond. The kitchen includes a generous island work space as well as seating for casual dining. The dining nook overlooks the lanai. There is a large walk-in pantry adjacent to the kitchen.

The master suite is entered through a private foyer and occupies one wing of the home. The suite includes two walk-in closets and a luxurious bath with a linen closet, private water closet, double vanity, a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

In the opposite wing two guest bedrooms share access to a bath with a double vanity. There is also a half bath accessed from the great room and conveniently located near the lanai.

The Lily Rose incorporates the attention to detail and fine craftsmanship characteristic of homes by Florida Lifestyle Homes. The design is to be built as a model with construction beginning this month. The Lily Rose is pre-construction priced from the $500,000s, including home site.
