Borelli Homes has broken ground on the first private residence in Firenze at Talis Park.

The two-story residence, designed by Stofft Cooney Architects of Naples, will feature a coastal West Indies style. The home will offer nearly 10,500 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 14,600 total square feet with seven bedrooms and nine baths, plus a spacious game room.

The master suite of the residence will be conveniently located on the ground floor and will feature oversized his-and-her walk-in closets, plus an inviting sitting area. The master suite also features separate his-and-her vanities, a free-standing tub and clear glass shower enclosure along with European-style cabinets, designer bath fixtures and marble throughout the bath.

Also on the ground floor will be a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, an island bar, upgraded European-style cabinets, granite countertops and walk-in pantry. There also is an adjoining dining room and great room with a wet bar area just steps from the front entrance. The residence also will have a study just off the foyer and main entry.

The home’s exterior will feature a luxurious outdoor living area that is protected from the elements by retractable screens and shutters. The outdoor living area is just steps off of the great room and will include an outdoor kitchen and pool and spa that are ideal for entertaining. The home also will provide a five stall garage with custom doors and extra space for storage.

Exterior design features include a concrete tile roof, Andersen impact glass windows and doors, designer light fixtures, and brick paver driveway and entry walks. A number of environmentally friendly solutions also are being used in building the home, including extensive LED lighting.

Firenze is a private, gated neighborhood within Talis Park, a gated golf course community being developed by Palm Beach Gardens-based Kitson & Partners. Firenze has only 13 home sites, each of which measure more than one acre and offer long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf course. In addition to its park like setting, Firenze is situated next to Vyne House and Great Lawn, the village center at Talis Park.

Borelli Homes has created five private residences plans that are currently available to build in Firenze. For additional information on the portfolio of custom estate homes offered by Borelli Homes in Firenze in Talis Park or to make an appointment, contact Parker Borelli at 239- 263-7900.
