SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL

Glenn brings 30 years of experience in real estate development law, land use law, leasing and real estate transactions to Kitson & Partners. Responsible for the management of all K&P legal affairs, Glenn manages outside counsel and serves as legal advisor to the company on real estate asset and general business transactions, as well as internal operations and management.

Prior to joining the Kitson & Partners team in 2008, Glenn spent 23 years as a partner in the New Jersey law firm of Day Pitney LLP (formerly Pitney Hardin) and was Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Law practice group. He was active in the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, serving on its Board of Consultors, and in its Land Use Law Section, serving on that Section’s Board of Directors, including a term as Section Chair in 2005-2006. He was chosen as a New Jersey “Super Lawyer” for the three years prior to leaving private practice and was recognized as a leading attorney in his field in New Jersey by Chambers USA.

Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgetown University and a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
